Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team is lead by our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who works closely with the team to ensure Sunnyfield delivers on its organisational objectives and strategic plan. This team brings together a wealth of experience from both the disability sector and commercial .
Board
The Board of Directors of Sunnyfield are responsible for the corporate governance of the consolidated group. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Sunnyfield on behalf of the people we support, and its members by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable.
Members
When Sunnyfield was first established, both the father and mother of a person with a disability were required to be members if they wanted Sunnyfield to provide service to their family member. For the first 30 years or so, family members were rostered each year to provide proactive and regular support in many aspects of Sunnyfield's growth; from laying bricks at Allambie in the beginning, to subsequent fundraising events like cash-a-can, Duck Races, annual "white elephant" sales and the well known and highly respected Sunnyfield Art Show.
Although family membership is no longer a requirement for people with disabilities to receive services from Sunnyfield, membership remains a key differentiator for Sunnyfield from many other disability support organisations, and with it carries specific rights and responsibilities.

Patrons
Sunnyfield has two Patrons who act as figureheads for our organisation and the cause Sunnyfield supports. The role of a Patron is to advocate on behalf of the organisation and Sunnyfield is grateful for the support of Bryan Whiddon OAM and Chief Air Marshal Angus Houston, AC, AFC (Ret'd), both of whom bring a high level of passion, credibility and professionalism to Sunnyfield.
Ambassadors
A Sunnyfield Ambassador is a high profile and inspirational person in the community who is appointed to act as a champion of our organisation. A Sunnyfield Ambassador volunteers their time to advocate our core purpose to the wider community, that is to 'enrich the lives of people with disabilities to create choice, opportunities and independence'.
Sunnyfield is fortunate to have the support of some up-standing and inspirational community members. Click here to see the full list of Sunnyfield's Ambassadors.
